The purpose of this page is to help our membership fully utilize our on-line sign-up and roster administration systems.  First, you will need to know the username and password before you can access either system.  This information has been emailed to each member.  If you have lost or misplaced it, please contact another member, or Webmaster Bill Hareid at 322-2419 or whareid@cox.net .

Roster Administration

To access, click on the Roster button on our home page.  When the security page appears, type in both the username and password.  We suggest that you check the box that will allow you computer to remember this information in the future.  The roster  will allow you to review our Club's membership for names, addresses, phone numbers and email information.  Each member may access their individual information by clicking on the edit link.  Again this information is password protected.  Type in your member specific information to proceed.  Once you have gained access to your information, you may add missing information or make corrections.

On-Line Sign-Up 

This feature allows our members to sign-up for play without leaving their home.

To access, click on the Sign-Up button on the home page.  Use the appropriate security information before proceeding.  When you get to the sign-up page, simply type in your last name.  You will be given the option to pick yourself or a guest.  If you are signing up for yourself, click on your name.  If you are bringing a guest, repeat the last step, but click on the guest option.  Note that the program gives you an opportunity to sign-up one, two, or three guests.  When you sign-up guests, it would be helpful to send their name(s) via email to Pairings Director Gloria Hareid ghareid@cox.net .  Gloria will make sure your guest's name is on the scorecard.  Unless you state otherwise, your guest(s) will always be paired with you.

Another optional feature that our on-line sign-up has is the ability for members to select who they are paired with.  This option will not be activated at all times because one of the purposes of our Club is to afford our members the opportunity to make new friends by playing with different people.  When this feature is available, the member will click on the option to select playing partners, then just type all player's names into the available box.  Be sure to make certain that everyone in your group is signed-up to play before putting their names into your foursome.
